ABOUT ACCESSIBILITY

In accordance with Royal Decree 1112/2018 of September 7, on the accessibility of public sector websites and mobile applications, accessibility is defined as the set of principles and techniques that must be respected when designing, building, maintaining, and updating websites and mobile applications to guarantee equality and non-discrimination in access for users, particularly people with disabilities and older adults.

WEBSITE ACCESSIBILITY

It facilitates access for all users, regardless of their circumstances.

It allows access with different browsers and devices.

It includes clear and appropriately structured content.

It improves navigation and the user experience.

DESIGN

Regarding the design of our website, we have attempted to separate the content using different design elements and style sheets.

Similarly, we have tried to structure and properly label the content, avoiding tables in the layout of each page and creating a responsive design that adapts to any device and screen resolution.

We have also tried to avoid low-contrast color combinations, as well as the use of JavaScript, and to convey information solely through color.

LINKS

The link to the transparency menu is located in the header menu.

The footer contains links to the legal notices and data protection information (legal notice, privacy policy, and cookie policy, as well as this statement and the terms of use).

The legal notice that directly affects the published content is included in the bottom bar of every page.

COMPLIANCE STATUS

This website is partially compliant with Royal Decree 1112/2018, of September 7, due to the exceptions and non-compliance of the aspects indicated below.

Although REYES PROPERTY, S.L. is committed to accessibility, we are aware of our limitations (given that this is a very old website, created in-house some time ago) and are continuously working to improve and reduce any remaining accessibility barriers, including:

Links that may take you to external sites, PDF or office documents, and multimedia content.

Furthermore, we are committed to improving the accessibility of our website in future updates.

On this transparency page, dedicated to the entity’s transparency portal, we have installed an application that allows you to manually configure website accessibility. This includes increasing font size, adjusting contrast, and specifying links.

To do this, simply click the black square icon with a white human figure located in the upper right corner of the page.
